Concordia’s elementary specialists are organizing Concordia's 12 days of Christmas for all elementary students. Each school day in December, they will release new activities on this page, which students and families can try at home. 

As part of the festivities, two Concordia students tested out the Pumpkin Muffins recipe of the day provided by Mrs. Osterloh. 

“A challenge I had to overcome was holding the measuring cups straight and not spilling the ingredients inside them! I enjoyed tasting the muffins at the end,” said Ezra (G3).

“I overcame being impatient while we waited for the muffins to bake. I enjoyed the muffins!” said Cole (G2).
