Mr. Ed Sul introduces and tries to get his Grade 8 students to fall in love with the richness of Shakespeare.
Known for their academic prowess - graduates are heading to such universities as Yale, Johns Hopkins, Northwestern, University of Pennsylvania and Amherst - our Class of 2022 was equally known for their strong bond with each other and their community spirit - one graduate has even authored a children’s book and donated proceeds to charity.
Using the Next Generation Science Standards, our Grade 5were able to meet the Disciplinary Core Ideas (below) by creating a science experiment and poster that explored those ideas.
We asked some of our parents to share their thoughts on why they chose to live in certain neighborhoods in Hanoi.
Concordia converts learners into polished writers. While teaching writing in an international school setting comprised of many non-native English speakers presents challenges, Concordia’s English writing and literature teachers take the opportunity to teach the skills that make students more complete and competent writers.

Concordia’s first Advanced Placement (AP) art class has displayed their work in advance of formal submission to the AP review board. Each student focused on a particular theme - ranging from loneliness and materialism and gender to body shaming - and explored styles and mediums through which to express their ideas.
Students in Concordia’s high school Poetry elective class are learning to view the world through an artistic lens, and view themselves as creators of art.
Concordia currently employs 63 full time teachers, not including instructional assistants, school leaders and staff. Among our 63 teachers, 73% are from North America.
