Design Thinking

As the start of a five-week project, Grade 3 students have put their imaginations to work as they embark on the Design Thinking process. The idea is to come to a final outcome without thinking about current restrictions and deterrents.  The entire process relies heavily on creating a prototype of what kind of outcomes the creator envisions.  In our students’ case, they visualized what a ‘super-hero’ city might look like and without only a limitation of imagination, built a model of what they thought would work well.
